Welcome to the latest winners installment in our year-long Havok Season 12: Multiversal contest! Every weekday in May we enjoyed some very special entertainment–stories about a certain Xintixa character named Phezznibbet Maplebark. With the appearance of a 2′ 7″ red squirrel walking around on his hind legs, Phezz sure stirred up the multiverse!
It was tough, but we picked one winner from each of our genre days: Mystery Monday, Techno Tuesday (sci-fi), Wacky Wednesday, Thriller Thursday, and Fantasy Friday. And ONE of those five winners was selected by the creator of the character to be the “Maker’s Favorite”!
So let’s meet the character and his maker…
May’s Featured Character: Phezznibbet Maplebark
Phezz’s imaginative creator is none other than Rebecca P. Minor, called Becky by her many friends and cohorts in the Realm Makers extended conference community. Geek flag flyer, nerd herder, and eternal dreamer–these are some of the things she’s been called, and she doesn’t deny any of them. We were over the moon thrilled when she agreed to create a character for the Multiversal contest, and our community has greatly enjoyed her contribution. Thank you, Becky!
