Mystery Monday

  • Fan Fiction” (Jen Mierisch) – In this witty story meet a cast of unique cosplayers as you try to guess who is threatening Dereck’s favorite author.
  • Amateur Monster Hunters” (Melody Personette) – Hike through the swamps in this fun tale about two teens on the quest to prove monsters do exist.

Techno Tuesday

  • Comply or Dye” (Anna Hill) – Odac’s Moon is a compelling setting for a thrilling scifi action story. The future is on display here, in all its gritty glory.
  • Photosynthetic” (Cassandra Hamm) – Save the world, become a Chlor. Haylea volunteers, hoping for a fresh start on life. If only her past would stay behind her. She can’t forget but learns to forgive.

Wacky Wednesday

  • Sir Gawain and the Green Thumb” (Beka Gremikova) – Gremikova’s characters leap off the page in this hilarious tale about Camelot’s gardeners—one in particular who can’t seem to develop a green thumb to save his life. Vivid descriptions, laugh-out-loud dialogue, and fabulous prose make this story an unforgettable ride.
  • All’s Fair in Love and Time Travel” (Katie Hanna) – An absolutely delightful twist on time travel, rife with humor, charm, and a large dose of witty characters and amusing dialogue. Hanna pens an adventure of a tale—one you won’t want to miss.

Thriller Thursday

  • Sweet Waking” (Beka Gremikova) – A great twist on the Sleeping Beauty fairy tale—what if the princess wasn’t simply asleep, but actively trying to break her curse while in the dream world? Intriguing concept and a wonderful execution.
  • Green Limbo” (Lincoln Reed) – Your murderer comes for you, and there’s nothing you can do. In the delirium of a St. Patrick’s night celebration, you’re easy pickings. With its relentless and hypnotic pace, “Green Limbo” is one cautionary tale you’ll not soon forget.

Fantasy Friday

  • Dreamhunter” (Noah Litle) is so vibrant and unique and utterly inviting! The concept and the world is glorious, and the whole tone of the story is so engaging and it’s impossible not to love it. Quirky and smile-inducing, but so epic all at once. This story truly draws the reader into the adventure right along with the characters.
  • Fae Blood” (Hannah Carter) cannot be described as anything but jaw-dropping. So eerie and twisty and wildly unexpected in the best of ways!
