It’s the first winner announcement of Season 13: Encore! Havok operates as a monthly flash fiction contest, with one winner from each of our five genres: Mystery Monday, Techno Tuesday (science fiction), Wacky Wednesday (humor), Thriller Thursday, and Fantasy Friday. January’s theme was “Rebirth”, including subthemes like turning a new leaf, second chances, being reborn, starting afresh. Come celebrate our first month’s winners with us!

Yes, you heard us–our authors took a song and incorporated it into their story process, whether in theme, character names, or setting.
