Havok Stories Featured on the “Finding Fantasy Reads” Podcast

It’s always a thrill for us when like-minded creatives enjoy Havok enough to mention us or collaborate with us in some way. “They like us, they really like us!” We have partnered with Karyne Norton before, back when she was kickstarting her Blood of the Stars novel. Then she wrote a touching story that won the Readers’ Choice Award in our Legendary anthology (A Dying Phoenix). Next thing you know, she’s reaching out to other Havok authors and featuring their stories on her Finding Fantasy Reads podcast. You don’t want to miss these delightful narrations!

Finding Fantasy Reads is a podcast for ravenous readers who are eager to find their next favorite character, series, or world by sampling fantasy short stories from a variety of authors. The stories range from fairytale retellings and young adult to urban and high fantasy. All episodes are considered family friendly, with a suggested rating of G for language, PG for romance, and up to PG-13 for fantasy violence.

Stories told from a female perspective are narrated by Karyne Norton, author of epic fantasy and light sci-fi, while stories told from a male perspective are narrated by her brother, Paeter Frandsen, host of the Christian Geek Central podcast. The show notes include information about each author so you can find more of their work, and there’s a quarterly giveaway sponsored by the featured authors.
